Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using Creetr you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service. Creetr is an AI-powered studio for generating short-form UGC-style video ads: script generation, AI actors, face and character swaps, voiceovers, competitor tracking (Spyglass) and a curated content library (Datacore). Features, models and outputs may change or be discontinued at any time.

Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and using Creetr for business purposes to create an account.

Your account. You are solely responsible for all activity under your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all content you create, upload or generate. Don’t use Creetr to create misleading, infringing, defamatory or unlawful content.

Your content, your responsibility. You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to any material you submit — including product links, images, scripts, brand assets, and any photo or video of a person — and that your use of generated videos will not infringe the intellectual property, publicity, privacy or other rights of any third party. Creetr does not review user content and assumes no responsibility or liability for it. Any claim arising from content you create or publish is yours alone.

Faces & likenesses. If you upload a photo or video of a real person (including for face swap or avatar generation), you must have that person’s explicit consent. Impersonating real people without consent, or generating deceptive endorsements, is prohibited and grounds for immediate termination.

Spyglass & third-party content. Spyglass retrieves publicly available profiles and posts from social platforms that you choose to track, for research and inspiration only. Creetr does not grant you any rights in third-party content surfaced through Spyglass or Datacore. You are solely responsible for how you use, save, reference or republish such content, and for complying with the relevant platform’s terms and the content owner’s rights. Rights holders can request removal at hello@creetr.com and we will act promptly.

Content ownership. You own the videos you generate on a paid plan and may use them commercially, including in paid ads. Ownership does not transfer any liability to Creetr for how you use the content.

AI actors & disclosures. AI-generated actors are synthetic and do not depict real people. You are solely responsible for complying with all advertising, disclosure and synthetic-media laws in your jurisdiction and on any platform where you publish.

AI output. Generation is probabilistic. Outputs may be inaccurate, may vary between runs, and may resemble other outputs. Review everything before publishing. We do not guarantee any output will be fit for a particular campaign or platform policy.

Credits. Paid features consume credits (e.g. video generation, face swap, avatar generation, Spyglass scrapes and refreshes, analyses). Credits are granted per plan, have no cash value, are non-transferable and non-refundable, and are forfeited when your account is terminated for breach. Automatic Spyglass refreshes consume credits; they pause when your balance runs out.

Billing. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. Plans renew automatically (weekly, monthly or yearly) until cancelled. You can cancel or manage billing any time from settings; access and remaining credits continue until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice effective from your next renewal.

Acceptable use. No unlawful, deceptive, hateful or adult content; no scraping or automated access to Creetr itself; no reselling or sharing accounts; no circumventing credit limits or watermarks. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, without refund.

Third-party services. Creetr relies on third-party AI and infrastructure providers (including Google, fal.ai, ElevenLabs and Apify). Their availability and output quality are outside our control, and outages or changes to those services do not entitle you to refunds.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Creetr, its owners, employees and partners from any claims, damages, losses or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the service (including Spyglass and any third-party content you save or republish), or your breach of these terms.

Disclaimer of warranties. Creetr is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of AI output, or uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creetr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
