Privacy Policy

Creetr (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect. Account details (email, display name), brand details you provide during onboarding (brand name, website, logo, business type, how you found us), content you create or upload (scripts, product links, images, photos and videos — including any face photos you use for swaps or avatars, and generated videos), your subscription and credit history, competitor profiles you choose to track in Spyglass, notification preferences, and feedback you send us.

What we don’t collect. We don’t run third-party analytics, ad trackers or fingerprinting scripts. The only cookies we set are essential authentication cookies that keep you signed in. We never see or store your card details — payments are handled entirely by Dodo Payments.

How we use it. To provide and improve the service, process payments, and communicate with you. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your content to train AI models.

Your data stays yours. Content you create is private to your account. We never share, publish or expose your videos, scripts, product data or account details to other users. No user can access another user’s content or personal information through the service.

Faces & likenesses. Photos or videos of people you upload are used only to generate the content you requested — never for anything else. You can delete them from your library at any time or ask us to remove them entirely.

Service providers. To deliver the product we share the minimum necessary data with: Supabase (authentication and database), Cloudflare (hosting and media delivery), Dodo Payments (billing), Google (AI script, image and analysis models), fal.ai and ElevenLabs (video generation and voiceover), and Apify (retrieving the public social profiles you track). These providers process data only to deliver the service and cannot use it for their own purposes.

Media delivery. Your uploaded and generated media is served from our CDN at long, unguessable links so your videos load fast. These links are not listed or indexed anywhere, but anyone you share a link with can view that file — treat media links like private URLs.

Public social data. Spyglass collects publicly available profile and post data from social platforms only for the accounts you choose to track. This data is visible only to you (and, for standout posts, our curated Datacore library). Creators or rights holders can request removal at the email below.

Security. Data is encrypted in transit and stored with per-user access controls. No system is perfectly secure; to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from events beyond our reasonable control.

Free tools. Our free tools run entirely in your browser. Text you enter is not uploaded to our servers.

Your rights. You can access, export or delete your data at any time from settings or by contacting us. Deletion requests are honored within 30 days.

Age. Creetr is a business tool for users 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes. We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the date above.
